Traditional funnels are generally made by rolling cones and welding,First, a fan-shaped sheet is cut by plate laser cutting, then a conical body is formed by rolling with a hydraulic conical machine, and finally the interface areas are welded.

The traditional funnel is processed by conical rolling and welding. The dimensional accuracy of the funnel is not high. The weld seam position is difficult to grind due to the deformation of the material after heating during welding. After grinding, the surface of the weld seam is uneven and the appearance quality is not high. Moreover, it is prone to dirt accumulation.

The diameter accuracy can reach ±0.1mm and the length accuracy can reach ±0.2mm, ensuring consistency in assembly and use.

 

High production efficiency and controllable cost
